Hola a tod@s, my dear friends.

We continue with the activity, this is non-stop!.

Next Thursday October 8th, as a part of the course “The process of dying. Accompanying the end of life patient and his family. Elaboration of the grief”, (programm only available in Spanish) a workshop will take place in the Hall of acts of the Hospital de San Juan de Alicante :

We will discuss the humanization of intensive care, focusing specifically on one of the areas for improvement of the the IC-HU Project: the care at the end of the biography. Because life goes on.

To do this, we will discuss on advance care planning, the appropriateness therapeutic effort and on palliative care in ICU.

Go ahead that for us is very special to visit Hospital San Juan, a national benchmark on humanization of care and with probably the longest-lived Commission of humanization of all Spain. We especially thank the invitation to José Luis Jurado Moyano, an institution.

So we are delighted, and hope to be at the height of the expectations.

See you in Alicante!

Happy Tuesday,
